Project Description This person will be part of the Customer Service team and will be alighted to overall portfolio for Customer Service Duties/Day to Day Overview As a Scrum Master, will be responsible for conducting Scrum ceremonies, driving stand-up meetings, and updating Jira and Confluence. You will also assist the team in resolving any blockers. Have a proactive mindset. As a Technical Project Manager, will need to have a solid technical understanding of basic cloud services, such as Azure or GCP. As a Project Manager, Always be top of finance management oversee (CAPEX/OPEX), providing finance updates to the Senior Director, allocating funds appropriately, and ensuring that the project meets its deadlines. While you do not need to be involved in the SOW, you will need to understand which project codes to allocate to resources and their tasks, and keep track of these to maintain clean CAPEX/OPEX records. (In another words who has to bill what, when how) how the CAPEX/OPEX impacting the project. Be able to work with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence and Excel. HUGE PLUS: If a candidate has cloud certifications, can explain the requirements to the team, guide them, and ask the right questions. They don't need to solve technical problems but must be able to ask the team the right questions. We are looking for someone who can help the team accelerate project timelines rather than stretch them out. Currently, we have to frequently get on calls with most Scrum Masters to provide guidance to move projects along more quickly. We need someone who can work independently, solve problems, and be more productive, providing direction to the team. For example, if a project should take 3 days, we need someone who questions why the team is pushing for 10 days and helps them stay on track for the shorter timeline. Top Requirements (Must haves) 1. Agile and strong finance experience 2. Driving Delivery and keep the ball rolling every day. 3. Technical Acumen (understand basic Cloud services Azure or GCP) 4. Proactive mindset 5. Always on top of finance management 6. Tools must have: MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence, Excel. 7. Must work two times a week from Plano office.
