| Job Description: Experience in design and development of systems using machine learning and generative AI concepts Responsibilities : Lead the architecture design and development of AI systems, including defining technical requirements, selecting appropriate AI technologies, and designing scalable and efficient solutions. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Apache MXNet. Define AI strategy and roadmap for the organization, identifying opportunities for AI integration and driving innovation in AI technologies and techniques. Evaluate and select AI platforms, frameworks, and tools to support project goals, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and maintainability. Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights. Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical considerations of AI systems, while complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Able to design and integrate AI solutions for complex data ingestion products for Pharma Transformation. Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from frontend to backend. Utilize Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development. Qualifications: Masters Degree/Bachelors degree in computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience designing and implementing scalable AI architectures in cloud environments, preferably with Microsoft Azure or AWS. As a Generative AI architect, you must grasp fundamental AI concepts, including: Machine Learning: Understand supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. LLM Models: Hands of experience with large language models (LLMs) Deep Learning: Familiarize yourself with neural networks, convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and generative adversarial networks (GANs). Natural Language Processing (NLP): Learn about text generation, sentiment analysis, and language modeling. Experience with version control systems, such as Git and Bitbucket, containers, Kubernetes. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience coding in Python, R, or similar languages. Experience with cloud-based AI tools like Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Good knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
