Work within a team environment following SCRUM methodology, contributing to two-week sprints for software enhancements and fixes. Work independently to meet management deadlines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Communicate effectively with team members and end users, maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Utilize version control systems and follow best practices for code branching and deployment, potentially using Azure DevOps and other tools.
