Under limited supervision, manage data requests, research data issues, and provide research and assistance in data processing across various Insurance services department. Responsible for training others in system processes. Responsibilities: Create various report on multiple platforms, Power BI, Excel, SAS programs and SQL queries. Manage requests for new project offerings. Manage requests for data research and issue resolution. Organize and provide analysis of errors to identify their root causes and determine viable solutions. Manage tools/framework for profile setups for dealers, maintenance and trouble shooting. Work with other departments to define data requirements for projects in progress. Develops and maintains training materials, technical documentation, standards, and procedures. Participates in performing system testing of enhancements and user acceptance testing. Manage coverage changes with the IT department. Work closely with other team members to achieve department goals. Understands the Harassment policy of the company and for its application in all aspects of employment. Understands the company goals and ethics. Previous exempt work experience must be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain knowledge, skills, and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached. Technical Skills Required: Computer Mainframe knowledge and SAS programming skills. Other mainframe programming languages are acceptable. Demonstrates basic SQL queries skills. Soft Skills Required: Knowledge of Microsoft applications, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Microsoft operations systems. Ability to train and advise employees on the processes and procedures of the business area. Ability to identify systems deficiencies and recommend new processes to correct the deficiencies. Knowledge of documentation and flowcharting techniques. Ability to perform acceptance testing and ensure business technology supports the business objectives. Ability to work within a team environment. Demonstrates organization skills and ability to follow directions and procedures. Demonstrates Intellectual curiosity. Education & Experience Required: A 4-year college or university degree in any discipline or a minimum of 5 years exempt experience in information services, programming, and data research.
