| Position Lead QA Engineer/(Audit) Duration 6+ Months Visas USC/GC only Location Hybrid (Indianapolis, IN) Locals are highly preffered The Software Quality Practice Lead has the responsibility of providing tactical leadership in regards to software quality best practices. To this end, the Practice Lead must continuously be researching industry trends and translating them to action items for the competency team members to learn and implement. Responsible for establishing software quality best practices throughout the SDLC. Expected to improve the skills of each member of the competency through active mentoring and technical as well as process leadership. Constantly evaluate and implementing new practices, tools, and technologies that improve efficiency and effectiveness of their competency.
