Need Locals only Job Description: Must-have skills: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field; CERTIFICATIONS : Project Management Professional (PMP); 5+ y of exp managing IT projects; exp managing a large vendor-based system implementation OR gov exp; JIRA, Microfocus PPM, RSIs RevX system, implementation of cloud-based electronic file and pay systems. Requirements: Experience managing IT projects (15+ years); Experience managing a large vendor-based system implementation. PMP Certification. Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other technology-related field. Preferred: Experience with the implementation of cloud-based electronic file and pay systems. Experience managing the development of a customer-facing project. Experience with RSIs revX system; Experience in change management (internal staff through external customer base), including enterprise and public communication / training planning and management; Experience integrating waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Experience with the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C; Experience with ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management. Experience with MS Office Suite. Experience with Microfocus PPM; Experience with the JIRA project management system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage all aspects of the e File & Pay project across the enterprise. Integration management: directing and managing all work for the project; monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes; facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goals. Scope management: Defining and managing scope and requirements; validating and controlling the scope of the project; Time management: Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations; monitoring the progress of a project; comparing actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjusting schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reached; Quality management: Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverables; Human Resource management: Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting, developing, managing, and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within Clients and Vendor staff.
