Job Title: PMO Project Manager (Digital Transformation) Location: Remote/ Once in a month travel to client location-Illinois Job Type: Contract/ 3 months Rate: $70/hr on c2c. Client: Group 1001/Direct Experience : 15+ Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PMO Project Manager with a strong background in Digital Transformation to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital transformation projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations. Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal resources and third-party vendors. Provide direction, support, and coaching to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop and implement risk management plans and contingency strategies. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular project reviews and quality assurance assessments. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business transformation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Desired Skills: Experience with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
