Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data architecture, data flows, and ETL processes. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ETL developers and other team members. Conduct regular reviews and updates to the data architecture to ensure it meets changing business needs and technological advancements. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data architecture, data integration, and data management. Technical Skills: Experience in data architecture, data integration, and ETL development. Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and performance tuning.
