| From: Bhuwan Tiwari, Sonitalentcorp [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role: Data Scientist (MUST have AWS Sagemaker) Duration: 6 months+ Location: Malvern PA (Hybrid) Local only Visa: USC, GC only Details: -Python, Machine Learning, AWS (SageMaker), ETL, Spark Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop Machine Learning Models: Create and implement machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. AWS SageMaker: Utilize AWS SageMaker for building, training, and deploying machine learning models. Leverage other AWS services to enhance model performance and scalability. ETL Processes: Design and manage ETL processes to prepare and clean data for analysis. Develop robust data pipelines to ensure data quality and availability. Spark: Use Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and distributed computing tasks. Optimize Spark jobs for performance and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance and implement strategies for ongoing maintenance and improvement. Troubleshoot issues and optimize models as needed. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in machine learning and data science. Proficiency in Python programming. Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and other AWS services. Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools. Expertise in using Apache Spark for big data processing. Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
