Role- Oracle HCM Journeys & Redwood Migration Consultant Location- San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Duration- Long term contract Job Description: Oracle HCM consultant cloud experience more than 4+ years Experience in implementing Journeys functionality Experience in implementing Redwood migration Experience in preparing comparison of Classic, Responsive and Redwood features and discuss with business users Experience in configuration of all aspects of Journeys Experience in gathering business requirements, document those, do fit gap analysis and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application. Experience in performing system configurations, create functional design documents, develop and document test scripts. Ability to drive Requirement workshops, Prototypes, CRP and UAT sessions with the clients. Experience in Functional requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
