Role : Salesforce Project Manager (Salesforce CPQ) Client location : Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid) Duration : 12 Months Job Description: As a consultant within the LTR team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value. Years of Experience: 12+ years Responsibilities Salesforce Technical Project Manager (Any CPQ experience is must ) 10 years of experience in IT 5 years of experience in managing projects in Salesforce CRM Accountable for guiding, coaching, training in scrum methodologies and assisting the project team in Scrum / Agile principles and driving process improvement. Work with the team to deliver value and coordinates within and outside of the team to facilitate the completion of the team's backlog and guiding the team to adding stories to its backlog as appropriate. Proactively identify impediments and appropriately resolve using network of peers (Scrum of Scrums) and formal channels (including escalation if required) Drive/manage/oversee all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned projects with distributed teams Coordinate the release plan, communication plan, risks and issues management plan, (these are PMO duties) Assist Product Owner in managing scope of team(s) and facilitating changes Facilitates team's Agile Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective. Ensures (using SCRUM and AGILE) appropriate, complete and timely team achievement of all documentation, tracking and reporting metrics (including user stories, project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, risk mitigation plans, test results etc.) and ensure delivery timelines Responsible for creating, maintaining, updating PMO initiatives and help PMO on the overall governance. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize teams and business partners Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability Excellent task management, organization, and team collaboration skills Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical Skills: Domain knowledge in enterprise software development projects strong preference for Salesforce knowledge Expert experience in managing Agile and hybrid/plan-driven programs in Agile Product Lifecycle tools (e.g. Agilecraft, Rally, VersionOne, Jira, etc.) highly desirable.
