MUST have project budgeting, tracking of project costs including resources. Must be at a PROGRAM Mgr level Seasoned Program Manager with Retail experience . Implementation of large cross functional projects with several teams, having a well-rounded view of tracking schedule and cost tracking involving several teams. Ability to interface with senior leaders to provide meaningful program status and drive actions. Specific Responsibilities Performs all of the senior project manager duties plus: Using established project management methodology/tools, develops project plans for highly complex projects of strategic importance which include work plans, schedules, budgets, needed skills and resources, project scope and deliverable/responsibility matrices Performs variance analysis (including schedule, costs vs. budgets, resources and changes to scope).
