Job Title : ServiceNow Developer 2 reks- REMOTE(ONLY GC/USC) Employment Type : Contract, Contract to Hire, C2C Location : Philadelphia , PA, US Remote : 100% Remote Job Description Position 1 ServiceNow Developer - ITAM & Service Catalog Location or Remote: remote Contract Duration: 6 + month AM/Clients Notes: will need to pass eRail Safe check similar to a TSA precheck Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM and Service Catalog modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ITAM and Service Catalog solutions. Design and implement workflows, forms, and reports to support ITAM and Service Catalog processes. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to enhance asset tracking and service delivery. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITAM and Service Catalog-related issues. Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ITAM and Service Catalog modules. Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITAM and Service Catalog. Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and platform configuration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Position 2 ServiceNow Developer - ITOM Location or Remote: remote Contract Duration: 6 + Month AM/Clients Notes: will need to pass eRail SAFE background check - very similar to a TSA background check. Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM). May help Implement and integrate ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Discovery. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches as required. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configuration and development. Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation. Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITOM. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and development. Strong understanding of IT Operations Management processes and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification is preferred.
