SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) Architect 3 week Remote 1 week Onsite in Harrisburg, PA so it would probably be best to have candidates for PA, NJ, OH, DE, NY, WV or Maryland preferably. (Client will pay the travel expenses) 12+ month project Visa Open a. Architect, design, implement, and test changes to SAP BRIM and related/ancillary technologies, including SAP S/4HANA (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Financial Contract Accounting, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management), Convergent Mediation, and Convergent Charging, to ensure needs are met b. Lead workshops with business to gather requirements, and work with Business analysts to ensure the processes, features, and user stories are captured correctly and receive business approvals c. Provide advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes related to high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management models relying on SAP BRIM d. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a separate SAP ERP instance, and payment gateway for real time payment processing from CRM) e. Participate in developing data model and integrations for the entire system including working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experts to minimize data replication and ensure data integrity f. Ensure systems are designed and built to be PCI, and SOC1/SOC2 compliant g. Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules (such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Finance Contract Accounting) to meet the organizations specific billing, revenue management, and subscription management requirements h. Collaborate with Data team to ensure the target mappings are accurately captured i. Collaborate with Data team to ensure data migration and cutover for extreme high volumes of data occurs successfully while minimizing down time by performing delta loads j. Collaborate with data team to design to ensure customers can dispute seamlessly against closed migrated transactions while adding no additional work on business staff k. Recommend the right usage of FIORI to make it easy to use for accountants and others who need to be in SAP to perform their day to day jobs l. Document process design, technological solutions per SAP best practices to minimize any customization needs and customize only when absolutely required m. Document features, user stories, config, and development tasks in Microsoft Dev Ops (ADO) n. Write functional specifications where required and work with the technical team to review the technical specifications o. Write through functional test cases and perform functional testing and capture results p. Review SIT and UAT test scripts and test results for completeness, and participate in testing activities q. Conduct troubleshooting and perform defect resolution r. Review test scenarios and test cases for accuracy and completeness s. Conduct training sessions to teach and mentor junior staff for end-users and support teams on SAP BRIM functionality and to increase the business teams familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, BRIM, and FICA t. Work with trainers to develop training materials for end users who will be using the solutions being built on a day-to-day basis u.
