Job Description - Title: Data Analyst/Database Administrator Location : NYC (Onsite) Duration: 1.5 Year Interview: Webcam (Video call / w/ our client manager (PV WILL TAKE ZOOM CALL FOR SCREENING) Visa : USC/ GC /GCEAD/ H4EAD MUST HAVE : 4-6years experience candidate , Linkedin must, copy of visa and DL, Required: Proficient written and oral communication skills in English as well as the ability to collect and interpret data effectively from various verbal and written sources Proficiency in Microsoft Windows based operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other applications Proven ability to act in a professional manner and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast- paced and high intensity emergency environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Preferred requirements Previous experience gathering, organizing, and managing computer data. Work experience with regional, municipal and / or police agencies QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION : Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Must possess a valid State issued Drivers License. Solid experience in working with relational databases. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect large amounts of data. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information. Experience in the transportation especially in railroad industry is a plus. 4+ years of experience in Reporting and Dashboards. 4+ years in database technologies and strong writing skills. Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certified preferred. Good communication skills to translate business requirements into Dashboards and Reporting Proficient in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skill in relating technical information to non-technical personnel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment. Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines.
