Industry: Financial Services Location: Des Moines, Iowa - ONSITE Candidate must be local to the Des Moines, Iowa area Interviews: 2 rounds - technical Contract: 1 year to start Why is this position open How is it impacting the business We require more engineering capacity to address the volume of work we are currently facing. Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like: Performing software development including APIs and web applications Assisting in creating designs for technical development Will work closely with the Agile team that is working on these same efforts. Normal agile meetings such as stand ups, sprint planning, etc.. will be a part of the day to day work. What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing Initial focus is on our customer facing solutions. Specific knowledge of vendor solutions uses is helpful, but not necessary. Vendor solutions include Okta, Prove, Biocatch, OnFido a. If a candidate does not have all the technologies listed, would there be technologies you would consider similar and/or transferable for this position (For IT roles as applicable) Please provide background information on the application(s) this worker will be involved with: Web applications and APIs that enable customers to login to the web site, perform account credential related tasks such as account recovery and registration. Applications that enable our customers to authenticate to our contact center What is the size and culture of the team Scrum / Agile team with around 8 members What skills are you looking for in the ideal candidate a.
