Duration: 6 months MOI: F2F Visa: CITIZEN,GC EAD,GREEN CARD,H4 EAD,OPT EAD **Need local DC,MD,VA candidates only** Need DL As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements. Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases. Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow. Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each (including CMS/Service Portal). Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Design/ Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as Modules. Develop Workflow / Flow Design where required to drive Approvals and Process Lifecycle. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Assist with report configuration and maintenance, as needed. Perform operational administrative tasks, as needed. Best Practices and Governance: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, agency security guidelines, governance policies and maintain as close to an out of the box environment as possible. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends in order to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Required Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the modules listed above. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting. Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production. Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desired ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification strongly preferred.
