| Project Manager - Indianapolis IN -Hybrid 2-3 days in office 12 months Role Overview: Ensure project goals and objectives are met within the prescribed time frame, budget, and requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors in computer science, business, or related field. 5-7 years of project management experience or equivalent. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Experience leading medium to large-scale IT projects. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Ability to develop productive working relationships and manage projects to successful conclusions. Experience managing vendor relations and partnerships. High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative. Composure under pressure. Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office. Healthcare industry experience preferred. PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications desired. Experience with new COTS implementations is highly desired. Understanding of healthcare enterprise systems desired. Responsibilities: Execute project plans and activities, ensuring quality and integrity. Interact with stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives. Guide and facilitate stakeholders in establishing detailed project requirements. Define and document project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Create, manage, and maintain the project schedule. Independently manage assigned projects to meet customer expectations. Lead project team status meetings to track milestones and dependencies. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports. Manage project risks, issues, and scope changes. Ensure IT systems and workflows are well-documented. Participate in QA and UAT planning and execution. Create and maintain all project documentation and records.
