(Must work on W2 - This is the loaded max rate) Job Description: We are looking for a Sr. BA with at least 7+ years of experience and Finance/ Banking domain experience. This resource needs strong experinece with New Account Screening & OD Strategy Refresh experience. Strong BA skills in the following areas: 1)Strategy - Gathering Requirements 2)Package - Write User Stories (Candidates need to know how to "Rock Crush") - this means taking a large concept and breaking it down into digestible pieces 3)Traceability - talk and collaborate with technology and business teams, data teams, and testers. Nice to have: CBAP certification through the IIBA Sr. Business Analyst - New Account Screening & OD Strategy Refresh Mid to Sr. BA with strong BA Skills TD's access model has historically driven higher account acquisitions from unbanked, underbanked, and second chance Customers.
