Should have the Knowledge of the End-to-End Business Process Flows of Senior Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant. Should have experience in managing the configurations of Oracle SaaS Application Senior Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant. Should have completed at least Two Oracle SaaS Cloud Implementations or have been handling Supply Chain and Manufacturing application Support assignment spanning 7 to 10 years. Experience in Requirement Gathering and Customer Interaction. Ability to write the functional design documents and independently manage the Configuration tasks. Should have excellent skills towards identifying erroneous or missing configurations. Ability to lead the team and manage solutions in this domain area as per business requirement. Should be aware of the related Oracle Tables and able to help development team to build the PaaS solution around Procurement and Sourcing area. Should be comfortable with working onshore and offshore model. #2 Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits - Life Events Work location: COPPELL , TX - Onsite Contract ***This position is at the Clients location. JOB DESCRIPTION: Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud Consultant with US Benefits knowledge and Life Events Experience. Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Benefits. 10-12 years of Oracle HRMS/HCM Consulting experience. Minimum 5-Years of Oracle Global HCM Cloud end to end implementation experience with a focus on Benefits module. Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Benefits. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to the team. Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, and should be an excellent team player. Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills. Document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud Community Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested. Wider experience of HR processes from a business context Oracle Cloud Certifications would be preferred. Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution. Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design. Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions. Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design. Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope. Transfer product knowledge to the project team and to the client via knowledge transfer.
