This role involves implementing and managing Intapps Compliance & Confidentiality (C&C) solutions and Intapp Walls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and supporting these Intapp tools, focusing on compliance, confidentiality, and conflict management within law firms and professional services organizations. Responsibilities: Intapp C&C (Compliance & Confidentiality): Implementation and Configuration: Lead the setup and customization of Intapp C&C solutions to align with client compliance and confidentiality needs. Compliance Management: Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA. Confidentiality Controls: Configure and maintain controls to protect sensitive data and manage access permissions effectively. Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their compliance requirements and deliver tailored C&C solutions. Training and Support: Provide training to clients on Intapp C&C functionalities and best practices for managing compliance and confidentiality. Monitoring and Reporting: Track compliance metrics, generate reports, and offer insights for continuous improvement. Intapp Walls: Implementation: Manage the implementation of Intapp Walls, including system configuration, customization, and integration with existing firm systems. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor Intapp Walls solutions to address client conflict management and compliance. Configuration and Customization: Customize Intapp Walls to fit specific client workflows and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Training and Support: Offer training and ongoing support to clients on the effective use of Intapp Walls, addressing any issues or queries. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation to ensure configurations meet operational requirements. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and implementation processes. Qualifications: Experience: Extensive experience with Intapp C&C and Intapp Walls, including implementation, configuration, and support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Intapp solutions, with a strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and conflict management. Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to engage with clients to provide effective solutions and support. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics and provide actionable insights. Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
