| Hi, Job Title: OEE SME/Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA local or open to relocate candidates. Job Type: Contract Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in OEE calculations and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with maintenance management systems and data analytics tools. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OEE metrics and calculations (availability, performance, quality). Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and maintenance management systems. Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies. OEE Calculations: Calculate and analyze OEE metrics, including availability, performance, and quality, to identify areas for improvement. Utilize OEE data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing equipment efficiency. Predictive Maintenance: Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs using data analytics to forecast equipment failures and schedule maintenance proactively. Monitor equipment health and performance through real-time data collection and analysis. Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance equipment reliability and performance. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on OEE performance metrics and maintenance activities to management. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency. Train and mentor team members on OEE methodologies and predictive maintenance techniques. Technical Skills Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing data collected from equipment to predict failures and maintenance needs. Familiarity with statistical methods and data analytics tools is essential. Vibration Analysis: Experience in using vibration analysis techniques to detect and diagnose mechanical issues in machinery. This skill helps in identifying potential failures before they occur. Condition Monitoring: Knowledge of condition monitoring techniques to assess equipment performance and health. This includes using sensors and monitoring systems to gather real-time data. Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS): Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP) for tracking maintenance activities, managing work orders, and documenting maintenance procedures. Predictive Maintenance Technologies: Understanding of various predictive maintenance technologies, including thermal imaging, oil analysis, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM): Ability to apply RCM principles to identify critical assets and develop maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and optimize performance. IoT and Sensor Integration: Experience with integrating IoT devices and sensors for data collection and monitoring of equipment conditions.
