Duration: 9-month, Location: 100% remote Job Responsibilities: EBS Project Manager experience with at least 2 Upgrade cycles of Oracle EBS 12.1.3 to R12.2+ Excellent communication skills and articulation of the project situation to the stake holders/steering committee. Able to interact with top management (Directors, CXO, etc) Responsible for Project Tracking and Management Participate in finalizing Integration Project Plan Participate in finalizing Stakeholder Matrix, RACI Matrix Participate in Strategy Kick-off sessions Ability to handle Scope Changes Work with customer project manager and project team to prepare Status report and present it to executive board. Progress Review, feedback and manage escalation level and ability to anticipate and report risks. Manage Stakeholder Coordination clients and vendors Coordinate Integrated Cut-Over Plan Participate in UAT Test Cycle, User Training Participate in Cut-Over activity and ensure timely completion Requirements: Bachelor of science degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise-wide information systems, and cloud and enterprise IT infrastructure services Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cloud migration projects for large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning projects (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financial Management modules (Release 11 or higher) Project scheduling expertise and expert use of Smartsheet for Project Schedule Experience developing and managing resource-loaded integrated project schedules to manage interdependencies Experience developing SOPs for project management processes and procedures Experience delivering one-on-one training and/or mentoring to junior project managers Customer service orientation Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a member of a team Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Keywords: |
