Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization tasks. Creating reports from data in Microsoft Intune using Microsoft Graph and Power BI. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities Configuration Management: Manage the configuration of various software applications, ensuring that settings, parameters, and options are correctly defined and maintained. Software applications will be packaged efficiently and effectively for deployment through Intune, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems. Deployment Automation: Develop and implement automated deployment processes to streamline the installation and setup of applications across different environments. Version Control: Implement and maintain version control systems to track changes to application configurations and ensure version consistency across development, testing, and production environments. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune application configurations, processes, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future maintenance activities. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, system administrators, IT, and Security to align Intune configurations and deployments with organizational goals and requirements. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor application performance and usage patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements in configuration settings.
