Role: Oracle Technical Resource Location: Princeton, NJ Project duration 6 to 12 Months Job Description: 1. Gather, evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements. Involve in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications. 2. Provide fit-gap analysis for existing systems and the Oracle EBS suite of applications based on her vast experience as Oracle EBS Techno-Functional specialist and guide technical team on custom code components. 3. Involve in unit testing of components, integration testing and work along with the migration team for component migration to production to ensure that application meets user requirements. 4. Work on Oracle applications interacting with legacy systems or vice versa for data interchange 5. Need to ensure that all integrations are up and running and troubleshoot any issues during day-to-day operations 6. Operate as liaison between technical personnel and business partners. Involved in user training before go-live of Oracle Applications Projects to improve the efficiency and increase productivity of the business end users. Support user training and teach end users new technology and enhancements. 7. Technical coordination with 3rd party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations via SRs using tool like SVN. 8. Provide technical estimates and Oracle design recommendations for system enhancements. 9. Involvement in business end to end functional setups in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Plant Manufacture for Implementation Projects. 10. Integration of data from legacy systems to Oracle Applications, interfacing the Clients existing system with Oracle Applications using Interfaces or Custom-Built programs. 11. Handling Oracle Mobile Web Application to configure mobile guns, customize the Forms and automate Label Printing. 12. Work on Configuration, validation and testing the mobile gun and printer devices. Completion of setups in Oracle Application to enable automatic label printing and picking functionality using mobile guns. 13. Develop solutions and Code review using Oracle tools including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Report builder. 14. Developing Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Enhancements in Oracle Applications EBusiness Suite. 15. Discuss with business team to clarify the requirements of certain business functionalities in all supply chain management modules (INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP, WMS) using AIM methodology for example MD50/70/120. For Agile documentation, used MS Suite Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, and Access) 16. Conduct Weekly project status meetings and change management meetings with Integra and NTT data team. 17. Coordinating work between NTT Technical team, Integra SMEs, Loftware, Kallik and SQL Server team 18. Coordinating work with infrastructure regarding server utilization, load balancer, storage 19. Working with DBA and Unix team for infrastructure requirements on new projects 20. Extract data from existing systems using WINSCP, PUTTY, Oracle XML Publisher, MS SQL server Studio and Oracle SQL Developer 21. Provide technical system architecture and Export technical components using tools like Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, Oracle DB12c, Oracle SQL Developer and Workflow Builder. 22. Utilized experience with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodology, MS Suite tools (Excel, Visio, and Access), Testing tools (HP Quality Center (QC)), and Databases (Oracle and SQL Server), Requirement Management tool (Rational Team Concert (RTC) and Rational Requirements Composer (RRC)), Oracle E-Business Suite Applications 11i and R12 SCM. 23. Knowledge on label printing software Loftware/Bartender/Easy Label/Prisym. 24. Expertise on Loftware and Oracle Integrations. 25. Knowledge on Power shell script and Shell scripting. Day to day activities: 1. Label design, development, and enhancements in Loftware. 2. Automatic and Custom Label printing from Oracle 3. Change control process for Printer and RF Guns 4. MWA PICK, PACK, and label printing 5. Change control documentation 6. Provide labeling solutions 7. Analyze route cause issues by interacting with end-users (O2C, P2P and Manufacturing) Example: Unable to pick or pack SO or WO 8. PL/SQL expertise 9. Printer configuration and support print issues 10. Inventory and WMS expertise 11. Project plan preparation for Labeling/RF Guns Projects 12. Knowledge on SQL Server 13. Power shell script and Shell scripting knowledge 14. Implementation project day in life presentations to Users 15. Training the end users for every Go live. 16. Involve in CRP and UAT for every project. 17. Work closely with Kallik team and support FG label issues 18. Technical and Functional documentation for new RICE object 19.
