| From: bhargav akkula, kksoftwareassociates.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi All, Client:TCS Role Overview: As an Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft applications. You will work with clients to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud solutions and PeopleSoft systems, helping to enhance overall business processes and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft solutions. Configure and implement Oracle Cloud applications, including but not limited to Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle SCM Cloud. Integrate Oracle Cloud with PeopleSoft applications, ensuring data consistency and system interoperability. Conduct functional and technical analysis to identify system improvements and customizations. Develop and document functional specifications, system configurations, and process flows. Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and address any issues that arise. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft systems. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft developments, best practices, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Consultant or PeopleSoft Consultant with a strong understanding of both platforms. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, including configuration, implementation, and integration. Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud and/or PeopleSoft are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Autonomous Database. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface (UI) and PeopleSoft Integration Broker. Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
