| Role: Tableau Developer Location - Chicago IL (Onsite) Duration: Long term/Fulltime Job Description: Primary Skill: Tableau, SSRS Lead a team of support analysts in providing timely and effective support for Data Reporting and Visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS, Qlik, PowerBI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data reporting and visualization in the production environment. Optimize reporting and visualization solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements for reporting and visualization. Analyze and assess data quality issues, identifying and implementing solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness. Manage incidents, change requests and service requests pertaining to data reporting and visualization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data reporting and visualization processes. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other relevant documents to identify and address the root causes of data-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and visualization, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear and concise data insights and reports. Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Data Reporting and Visualization, with a proven track record of success in complex implementations. Experience implementing end-to-end reporting and visualization solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Expert-level proficiency in data reporting tools (Tableau and SSRS). Extensive experience managing data operations projects, including data quality improvement initiatives. Proven ability to coordinate activities related to the maintenance, updates, upgrades, and patching of Reporting environments, encompassing platforms such as Tableau, SSRS, & Qlik. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and team-building skills. Experience in preparing RCA and other relevant documents, such as incident reports and post-mortem analyses. Good to have: Azure understanding and Power BI and Qlik reporting experience. You will play a key role in leading and managing our Data operations and managed services support engagement, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact for day-to-day data operations and managed services engagement. Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Oversee daily operational activities, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. Provide support for the operational and maintenance of the data landscape, leading the engagement with both onsite and offshore teams. Design, implement, and manage operational systems, processes, and policies that are aligned with project goals and client expectations. Prepare key metrics, including support SLA metrics and ITIL ServiceNow reports, presenting them to clients in regular meetings. Possess strong working knowledge of various data integration and business intelligence tools, including Azure ADF, SSIS, Talend, Profisee, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik. Continuously develop and implement strategies for operational improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Lead triage activities and provide support during disaster recovery (DR) drills. Qualifications: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a similar operational leadership role. Proven experience in Operational Delivery Management and Data Operations leadership. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve challenging goals. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with data integration and business intelligence tools (Azure ADF, SSIS, Talend, Profisee, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik). Experience with ITIL service management principles and methodologies.
