Integrate Okta with various applications, directories, and identity sources. Configure and customize Okta to meet specific business requirements. Work closely with application owners and teams to ensure seamless integration. Enhance security by implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA), SSO, and adaptive authentication. Monitor and audit Okta for security compliance and recommend improvements. Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Okta solutions. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues. Act as an escalation point for Okta-related incidents and support requests. Participate in on-call rotations to address critical issues. Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Okta platform. Years of Experience needed: 2+ Years of Experience with IAM with a focus on Okta. Top Must have Skills: SSO Integration with Okta Strong knowledge of IAM principles, protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and security best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow and execute SOPs.
