Your expertise will be essential in maintaining hardware and software components, providing technical support to clients, and contributing to a dynamic team on the Warner Brother Discovery Studio Lot. Lets dive into the details: Team culture/work environment: Support team On- call hours Key projects: D365 intro Supporting developers in introducing the new app POS for the tours building Top 3 Skills: Microsoft Dynamic 365 working knowledge Ability to work autonomously as well as a team environment Describe a situation and the resolution and documenting it Years experience: Minimum 5 years of experience: You bring extensive knowledge of retail POS and warehousing systems. D365 Certification or prior practical experience with D365. Retail POS / Warehousing experience: Youre well-versed in the intricacies of retail hardware, including printers, label printers, handheld terminals (HHTs), and POS units. Fast-paced environment: You thrive in a dynamic setting and can adapt quickly to changing requirements. Problem-solving skills: Youre a creative thinker who takes initiative to resolve issues efficiently. Team player: You seamlessly integrate into a collaborative support team. Required background/ Skillsets: Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: Finance / Integrations Experience: Familiarity with financial systems or integrations. Responsibilities Installation and Configuration: Install software and hardware at client sites, ensuring proper setup and connectivity. Configure and test hardware and software components. Client Support: Provide telephone, remote, and on-site support to clients, resolving issues promptly. Be prepared to work at the Warner Brothers Studio lotthis role isnt desk-bound! Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our suite of hardware and software product lines. Client Training: Train clients on software and hardware usage, as well as troubleshooting techniques. Requirements Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various Windows operating systems, and networking. Availability: M-F 8 hours-Flexible schedule. Needs to be able to work between 7am-6pm. Hours/schedule may change due to supporting teams in the UK and New York Teams Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of an "emergency" on-call troubleshooting/support. Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities. Background Check: Must pass a Criminal Background Check. Task Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks both in the office and in the field. Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Warner Brothers Studio lot. Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in the Retail & Warehouse POS industry.
