CERTIFICATIONS : Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); IT and business work experience including managing team(s) in systems analysis and/or programming functions; Experience coordinating systems analysis and application development activities through direct and indirect staff; Experience directing development teams in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices; Experience in budgeting, capital equipment processes, and quality improvement activities for the Client; Experience with meeting scheduled milestones to ensure project/ program objectives are met in a timely manner and has an in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing the activities related to planning, managing and implementing systems analysis and applications development projects and programs; Experience with helping organizations achieve, obtain, and operate at a CMMI maturity level 3 or above.
