Responsibilities: As a Change Practitioner, you will be responsible for driving change management initiatives across the organization through communications to organization stakeholders. Your day-to-day activities will involve leveraging your expertise in Effective Written Communication to develop and execute communication strategies that support the implementation of new claim processing and medical care management systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop communications supporting understanding, adoptions and drive overall positive change across the client.
