This individual will work closely with stakeholders such as project managers, business analysts, and product managers to create solutions that align with architectural standards, utilize shared solutions and services, and provide measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Convert business requirements into scalable and manageable designs, develop detailed work breakdown structures, and provide task-level details for project scheduling. Design comprehensive solution architectures that satisfy business needs, enhance performance, and ensure scalability. Evaluate and choose marketing technology solutions, assess different technology options, create proof of concepts, and select the best solutions for specific business requirements. Oversee the implementation of designed solutions, ensuring they comply with enterprise architecture principles and quality standards. Offer technical expertise and guidance to development teams, encourage collaboration, and ensure the successful completion of projects. Monitor and enhance website performance, continuously assess implemented solutions, identify improvement areas, and optimize resource use. Promote innovation and continuous improvement, suggest new technologies and strategies to improve website solutions and meet changing business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Over 7 years of experience in website or e-commerce architecture with hands-on experience. More than 10 years of industry experience in developing technical solutions for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services, utilizing both frontend and backend technology stacks, SEO, and Azure cloud services. Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS, Magento E-commerce, .NET Core, .NET frameworks, SQL Server, MongoDB, C#, Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, CDN, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture. Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, Google Analytics, Azure artificial intelligence platforms, and mobile application development (Xamarin, React Native, and iOS Native). Familiarity with social media, Google Cloud Platform cloud offerings, test-driven development, DevOps, and CI/CD. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Understanding of cloud computing and data integration in a hybrid cloud environment, with advanced experience in marketing data integration using industry-standard integration products. Professional certifications in web development or similar areas are a plus. Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to define multiple solution options for business problems. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong ability to see both the long-term ("big picture") and short-term aspects of situations.
