In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing support of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and ESG modules. Key Responsibilities: Functional Ownership: Assume complete ownership of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions within the specified modules. Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their needs, conduct gap analysis, and develop comprehensive functional solution specifications. Functional Design: Create detailed functional design documents outlining the system's functionality and configuration. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with business and technical SMEs to ensure alignment and project success. Development Coordination: Oversee development activities, providing guidance and support to the technical team. User Training: Deliver comprehensive key user training to equip end-users with the necessary skills to utilize the system effectively. Functional Testing: Execute rigorous functional testing to validate system performance and identify defects. Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile financial modules between the current and target state processes to ensure data integrity. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Provide support during UAT, addressing user queries and resolving issues. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, including user manual validation, targeted training, and EPM awareness sessions. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and ESG modules. In-depth understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud.
