Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Tableau dashboards to display metrics. Prepare standard and ad hoc reports to brief CMS stakeholders and highlight Marketplace enrollment activity and metrics. Support business requirements development for new capabilities. Assist in identifying and developing process improvements for data delivery. Contribute to quick turnaround data requests from government stakeholders. Actively participate in internal team and government meetings to discuss status updates, issue resolution, planning activities Requirements Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust background investigation. Bachelors Degree 6 years relevant work experience Experience with CMS data sources preferred. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times. Highly proficient in manipulating and analyzing data from multiple data sources. Demonstrated experience in Tableau. Demonstrated experience in Statistical Software like SAS or SAS EG. Proven Ability to extract and manipulate data using Python/Excel. Demonstrated experience serving as a highly collaborative team contributor able to jump in when needed to complete tasks.
