Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in NetSuite implementation and administration. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes. Ability to assess and improve business processes. Consulting experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good business process knowledge including Procure to Pay, Inventory (Demand Planning, multi-location management), Order to Cash, CRM/SFA, etc. Basic accounting knowledge in Financials (AP, AR, GL). Strong business requirements/process documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle large meetings. Ability to deliver on time with high quality. Should have End to end NetSuite process knowledge to guide customers. NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus.
