From: Kowsalya.a, IDC kowsalya.a@idctechnologies.com Reply to: kowsalya.a@idctechnologies.com Position SAP PP/QM with S4-PPDS Location Remote SAP PPDS / QM - Architect Role 12+ years in SAP S4 PP/QM 8+ years in SAP PP/DS 4+ years of PP-PI experience Well versed with end to end business process design Must have at least 4 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience of SAP PP/DS Able to design and architect solutions Strong knowledge and hands on experience in the following technical areas: Production Master Data (Recipe, BOM, Resources) Demand Planning MRP Shop Floor Execution Production Data Structure Planning Heuristics Automated and Interactive Production Planning PP/DS Optimizer functionality Production processes like MTS, MTO, Repetitive Manufacturing Contract Manufacturing Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality Process management using PI sheets, Process control systems integration etc, including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process, SAP Quality Management areas, including Quality Planning, Quality Inspections (inbound, in-process, recurring, outbound), Result Recording, Usage Decision Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc. Well versed with RICEFW Functional Specification Creation Well versed with UT, IT and UAT cycle.
