You will work closely with our business team, stakeholders, and senior management to develop and execute a robust eCommerce strategy. Your insights and expertise will help Parts Town optimize its online channels, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with Parts Town's business goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Roadmap Creation: Develop a detailed roadmap for implementing the eCommerce strategy, including short-term and long-term goals. Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the business team, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and buy-in for the eCommerce strategy. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive strategy implementation. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the eCommerce strategy. Regularly track and report on performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Customer Experience: Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the eCommerce strategy enhances the overall customer experience. Identify and implement improvements to the user journey across all eCommerce platforms.
