Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations. Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate. Lead the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations. Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent. Proven experience in leading technical teams. Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Required Skills Expertise in middleware technologies and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, and others. Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus. Able to learn new technologies rapidly and implement them in the system as required. Regards!!
