Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of epics, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business goals. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize epics based on customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. Break down epics into user stories and acceptance criteria, fostering a detailed understanding among team members. Act as a champion of Agile practices, promoting continuous improvement, transparency, and adaptability within the product development lifecycle. Facilitate epic grooming sessions and planning meetings, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and expectations are well-managed. Maintain a clear roadmap of epics, dependencies, and milestones, providing visibility into progress and potential roadblocks. Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality outcomes. . Financial savvy (track the actuals for the spend, forecasting, deviations versus actuals, dig into the numbers and be comfortable with explaining it as needed.
