Hands-on experience in Varicent ICM tool - Composer, Web Reports, Web forms, Configure, Workflow, Schedule modules, pipe configuration (ELT). - Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. - Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract. - Experience in Release support - Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments. - Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.
