| From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Systems Integration Lead/Technical Integration Consultant UKG as it pertains to Boomi Part Time 15 - 20 hours a week between 8 5pm EST Capability to work with technical leads and communicate status and blockers. 100% remote - Must be EST Time Zone as there are several 7:00am Meetings The Integration Lead will provide expertise on designing and ensuring optimal integrations into and out of our UKG SaaS solution. The integrations will be used to support the key components of scheduling, forecasting, time and payroll for our store associates. The role will work closely with the integrations and custom tool workstreams to help determine which APIs would be best used to meet requirements. This role will also assist with designing key integrations using the UKG Boomi integration tool. Build, review and consultant Boomi integrations and API performance. There will be meetings along with time to develop integrations. What are the top 3 to 5 skills you are looking for from a candidate for both soft skills and technical skills Expertise in building Boomi integrations using Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) | WFM Dimensions templates and APIs Expertise in consulting, building and identifying optimal Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) | WFM Dimensions APIs that meet stated technical requirements and performance. Could you provide a little background on the department and the team they will be working on They will be working with Tech leads across 2 work streams, both integrate with Ultimate Kronos Group Workforce Management, Dimensions. What are the Personality/Cultural fits needed to be successful The ability to work with varying levels of expertise on the team. Understand business requirements and how they can be used for optimal solutions. Skills Matrix 8 10 years of experience Number of Years of experience Provide strategic insights into WFM key integrations. Create essential integration templates through review of overall customer requirements. Mentor coworkers through design sessions leading to adherence of defined processes. Create a strategic integration plan to be used during implementation. Ensure adherence to UKG defined standards. Works with team to measure and optimize both Boomi integrations and API calls. Work with the team to determine where real-time vs scheduled events should be used while ensuring application performance is not impacted.
