Technical Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2-year ServiceNow development and support experience. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integrations. ServiceNow Certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ServiceNow modules.
