Location: 100% remote 

Duration: 12+ month

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Database Engineer to oversee development and installation of new hardware and software . This individual will be migrating from SQL to Hadoop. They will install and configure systems and other software and test installed software for malfunction detection. She/He will need to have strong experience in Python and Pyspark.

Required Skills

SQL
Strong Hadoop and Hive experience
Python and Pyspark is a must

Nice to have

Cloud background
Azure
