Role: Data Architect/ Delivery Lead (Onsite/Hybrid -3 days per week) Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Duration: C2C/FTE Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Data Delivery Lead with a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead our data delivery initiatives. As a Data Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of delivering data solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data delivery strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of data solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data delivery professionals, including data engineers, data analysts, and project managers. Define data delivery strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and prioritize delivery efforts. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of data solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of data delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data delivery process. Serve as a subject matter expert on data delivery technologies, trends, and best practices. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the data delivery team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Strong understanding of data delivery concepts, methodologies, and technologies. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data solutions on time and within budget. Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
