We have an urgent requirement with 5+ years of experience Medicaid Advanced Planning Writer . This role will leads= APD kickoff, review, and closeout meetings, reviews and provides feedback on NC FAST APDs, drafts CMS submittal letters and ties together all associated areas including business engagement, stakeholder management, project management, and technical liaising. Mandatory Requirements: Advanced Planning Document Development. (3yrs). Expert working knowledge in Medicaid Eligibility, NC FAST and/or HHS (5yrs). Expert experience executing against multiple priorities/projects (5yrs). Proficient use of project collaboration and tracking tools (Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) (5yrs). Ability to interpret Medicaid and NC FAST policies to ensure compliance with CMS regulations (5yrs). Expert level communication skills, both verbal and written (5yrs). Demonstrated project management, training and facilitating experience (5yrs). Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience (5yrs). Highly Desired: Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) (5yrs). Prior RFP, RFI, grant or contract experience (3yrs).
