Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other technical leads to define technical requirements and develop effective solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and guidance to the development team. Stay current with Salesforce developments, releases, and best practices, incorporating relevant updates into projects. Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of all customizations and integrations. Participate in the planning and estimation of project timelines and resources. Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for reference and training purposes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer, with a strong focus on Apex development. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II) are highly desirable. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
