Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs configuration, including user management, access control, form design, workflow automation, scripting, business rules, UI policies, third-party software integrations, and reporting. Collaborate with implementation partners, system admins, business users and IT teams to gather requirements, understand process workflows, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve the platform. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Technical Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2-year ServiceNow development and support experience. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, workflows, and integrations. ServiceNow Certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more ServiceNow modules.
