The cornerstone of this multi-year program is a transformation from 38 ERPs across the J&J landscape to S4/Hana. The goal is to digitally enable finance partners to make accurate decisions faster. Planview is their toolset, proficiency in Planview is a huge plus Finance experience is required (finance function overall, not finances experience from a PM stance) SAP experience is highly preferred. If the manager had to choose SAP or Finance, he would choose finance experience. Risk & Issue Management and Mitigation of risks. Ability to connect the dots on interdependencies and flag ASAP.
