Hello Partner, Hope you doing well Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: Boston, MA ( Preferred Locals) Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary: Client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in business analysis, preferably within the pensions, health, and benefits administration industry. You will play a critical role in understanding and translating client needs into actionable requirements, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and comply with industry standards. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the pensions, health, and benefits administration industry. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant portion within the pensions, health, and benefits administration industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including UML, BPMN, and Agile frameworks. Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
