Description We are seeking a Senior IT, Licensing, and Permitting Project Manager in Houston, Texas. Candidates must be local to Houston, and we can work with Corp to Corps. Responsibilities include: Maintain customer expectations by delivering IT projects within the agreed-upon scope, schedule, budget, and expected quality. Define project scope, objectives, and cost estimates in the project lifecycle and definition documents. Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducted project meetings and was responsible for tracking and analyzing risks and issues. Communicate and meet with stakeholders and vendors to ensure awareness of project status, risks, and issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Control expenditures by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions. Develop, present, and oversee financial budgets using spreadsheets to align with project and department goals. Ensure knowledge transfer with stakeholders during project and at closeout. Required Skills: Experience managing Large Enterprise Application Project Management Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written artifacts and able to work collaboratively with others to achieve success.
